"Enlightened, emancipated and empowered teachers lead communities and nations in its march towards better and high quality of life. Teachers are the torchbearers in creating social cohesion, the national integration and a learning society. The surest, safest and cheapest way to knowledgeable and enlightened society is through the medium of its teachers". We cannot hold a torch and enlighten the path of others until we light our won, so a teacher itself a constant and the same craving for learning will be fostered in the students. We endeavor to blend a special bondage of Guru-shishya in our college by following our ancient relationship.
Each student teacher is recognized as a unique individual with potential to develop academically, socially, culturally and emotionally. An innovative program for assessing, diagnosing and monitoring each student's learning progress and personal development is the corner stone of the institute's learning experience. We strive to enable students to become confident, well groomed, knowledgeable and enriched women ready to face the challenges of life. In short, our aim to fulfill our mission namely, for the empowerment of the girl student is realized here and it is to the credit of the teachers and mentors of this college that every empowered alumnus looks back with pride in their hearts.
