Divya Shiksha Gurukul College of Education, Ballopur, Lalru under agies of UGI, organised  job fest exclusively for the B.Ed students. The main objective of the fest was to make pupil teacher acquaint with the Job world and available opportunities after the completion of the course.

The Chief guest of the event was Dr. Gurpreet Singh, Chairman UGI and the fest was completed under the supervision and guidance of principal of DSGCE Dr. Kompal Wardhawan. An interview committee was formed which shortlisted 56 pupils teacher out of 105 appilacants. These 56 students appeared in interview before 12 reputed schools of Zirakpur, Panchkula , Derabassi, Dappar, Lalru and Ambala region. 26 students were selected by different schools at the annual package of 2.50 lakh. The Chairman sir and the Principal of the college congratulated and apreciated all the schools for their  valuable coopreation. They also blessed and congratulated the selected students and wished them luck for their future.

Representative of different schools also appreciated the efforts of the college as this was the first event of its kind. Dr. Gurpret Singh assured the recruiters  and students to organise such type of evetns again. The event was conclued with momento giving ceremony and lunch.
