A Faculty Development Programme( FDP) is designed to train and develop professionals in teaching profession so that they can act as resource persons in guiding and motivating young persons.FDP main endeavour is to contribute to the professional development of teachers currently working in different institutions. In FDP faculty members from Engineering College, Polytechnic, Education College and Arts and Commerce College participated.  The FDP continued for   two weeks (30.12.2014-09.01.2015).

The FDPs provided inputs on process and practice of entrepreneurship development, communication and inter-personal skills, creativity, problem solving, time management, motivation, training, and inputs on resource and knowledge industries. The training methodology included power point presentations, case studies, group discussion, games and simulation exercise and classroom lectures. Worthy Chairman Dr. Gurpreet Singh, appreciated the efforts of the faculty and encourages, inspire to perform better.
