On 13^th Jan 2015 DSGCE along with UGI Family celebrated Lohri. Lohri function was organised by the faculty and students of DSGCE. The theme of the day was “Green Lohri”. Mr. B.R. Sharma highlighted the Story behind Lohri Celebration and its importance in Punjab. After Bonfire, Dr. Gurpreet Singh, Chairman UGI along with dignitaries, distributed Lohri among all the Teaching, Non Teaching Staff and students of the institution.
