A colorful cultural programme was organized to celebrate the spirit of ‘Basant Panchami” at D.S.Gurukul college of Education on 12th Feb, 2016. Dr. Kompal Wadhawan welcomed all present. On this occasion, ladoos were distributed among the students. Students of the college performed various activities. Kite making competition was held on this day. Students participated in it enthusiastically. The kite making competition completed in two rounds. In the first round, 50 students participated and 15 students were qualified for final round. Kuljeet Kaur from B.Ed bagged first prize and both Arti and Kulwinder shared second prize in the final round. The celebration concluded with the vote of thanks given by Dr. Surina Sharma. The whole atmosphere was filled with vibrancy.
